I think I understand your questions/suggestion. You can put your favorite moisturizer underneath Solar Rx. It is not a problem if the mositurizer has chemical-based sunscreen in it. You will just want to make sure that the skin is fairly even and the lotion absorbed before applying the Solar Rx. Solar Rx is a physical block, so it operates well on the surface of the skin. You would not want to apply Solar Rx first and dilute with another sunscreen.
OK, now for the Keys warnings :) We are a sun avoidance company and our Solar Rx is an everyday broad spectrum block that protects the skin from UVB, the burning rays and UVA, athe aging rays. UVA breaks down the skin collogen and is attributed to 90% of visible skin aging. We recommend using Solar Rx in combination with a hat that is UV certified, UV protective clothing and UVA/UVB rated sunglasses.
Here is a list of companies that we recommend for hats, clothing and sunglasses.
Lastly, you should really look at the chemicals in the products you mention. The best place to review the safety of products is the Skin Deep Report It can be reviewed at http://www.safecosmetics.org There you can read about product chemical safety and make your own decision on the products you are using.
Keys is a compliant Safe Cosmetics Compact signer. We recommend only iusing products that fully disclose all ingredients and ones listed on the database. Our rule for product packaging is No Ingredients (listed) No Buy!
I hope this helps!
